





















Through revolutioNaari, I began connecting with women who had skills but no support, potential but no platform. We launched initiatives to help them earn, learn, and lead—on their terms. From tailoring to talks, workshops to wellness—revolutioNaari became a place where stories changed, not just statistics.
Because she believes that real change doesn’t come from the top.
It rises from the ground, in every woman who finally says:
“I will no longer survive. I will rise.”


RevolutioNaari is a grassroots movement empowering underprivileged women in India through skill development, employment, and self-reliance. Founded by Ananya Pandey, it was born from the belief that real change begins when a woman earns with dignity.
